How do I create my first video?
Add your photos, choose a template and a song. Adjust the music segment, photo order, and framing; preview the result, then save or share it. Your photos are processed on your iPhone.
A template or song is taking a while to download
The first download needs an internet connection. Try a stable Wi-Fi network and allow it to finish. Downloaded content stays on your device to speed up later use. If the issue continues, tell us which content is affected.
A song is marked as unavailable
The music catalog depends on its original sources, and a recording can become unavailable. Search again or choose another song. Send us the title and artist if it keeps happening; this catalog does not include every commercial song.
I cannot save my video to Photos
Check that you have free storage and have allowed Trama to add videos to Photos in iOS settings. You can also use the share action to save the file to another location.
What is free, and what does Pro include?
Free includes free templates, catalog music, and up to 20 photos per project. Pro adds Pro templates, up to 50 photos, additional export quality options depending on your device, and videos without the branded outro. The price and conditions of each option are shown before purchase.
I bought Pro, but it is not active
In Trama, open Settings → Plan and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple account used for the purchase. For a subscription, also check that it is active under iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
How do I cancel a subscription or request a refund?
Apple manages the monthly subscription: open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → trama Studio. To avoid renewing a trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The lifetime purchase does not renew. Cancellation help · Request a refund from Apple.
Can I publish a video with my chosen music?
Check the song credits and license in Trama. Follow the license conditions and retain attribution where required. Platforms you publish on may have their own music rules. Pro does not change the license or grant rights to third-party songs.
How do I delete my projects and data?
Delete projects from Library. Uninstalling Trama removes the app’s local data; videos saved to Photos or Files, or shared elsewhere, must be deleted separately. Uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.
