Your photos, projects, and videos
The images you select, their framing, titles, projects, and videos are processed and stored locally on your device. Trama does not upload them to our servers or use them to train models. We do not access your entire photo library: we use the images you select and permission to add to Photos when you choose to save a video.
When sharing or exporting a video, you choose its destination. The receiving app or service applies its own privacy policy. Device backups you have configured follow Apple’s settings and terms.
Music, templates, and server connections
Your device connects to our service over HTTPS to download catalogs, templates, and audio. The server receives the IP address needed to handle the connection and the paths of requested resources.
When you search for music, we send the search text to the Trama server and the Openverse API. We do not associate it with a Trama account or advertising identifier. Queries and responses may stay in a shared cache for up to one hour to speed up searches; we do not create a personal search history. Avoid entering personal information in searches.
Download and playback paths, dates, response status, and response sizes are logged to operate the service and resolve failures. Backend HTTPS access logs do not include IP addresses or search parameters. They rotate weekly and retain four historical log files. We do not use these logs for advertising or user profiling.
Openverse and original audio sources have their own practices. Our backend obtains search results and audio from them; it does not send them your photos or projects. Openverse privacy policy.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases use Apple’s StoreKit. Apple manages payment, accounts, receipts, and renewal. Trama checks information on your device to verify and restore Pro access; it does not receive your card details or require its own account. Apple privacy policy.
Support and visiting this website
When you email us, we receive your address and the information you choose to include to handle your request. We do not use it for advertising. We retain the conversation while handling the request and as needed to address related responsibilities.
These pages do not include analytics, cookies, trackers, forms, or external resources. The web server may record IP address, date, path, browser, and request outcome for operation and security. Access logs rotate daily and retain fourteen historical log files. External links open only when you select them.
Purpose, legal basis, and recipients
We process content requests and local purchase validation to provide the functions you choose to use. Service operation and security rely on our legitimate interest in maintaining availability and security; we handle requests you send us and applicable legal obligations.
We use hosting and email services, Apple for purchases, and Openverse for searches. Some providers may operate outside the European Economic Area; their policies explain the applicable conditions and safeguards. We do not sell data, use advertising identifiers, or make automated decisions with legal effects on you.
Control, retention, and your rights
You can limit permissions in iOS Settings, delete projects in Trama, and uninstall the app to remove its local data. Exported and shared copies must be managed separately. Downloaded resources remain in a local cache for reuse; server searches and logs follow the periods described above.
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability by emailing hola@juakigarcia.com. Since we have no accounts and do not link searches to users, we may be unable to identify a particular query as yours. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your competent authority.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if Trama’s functions or data practices change. The date at the top identifies the published version. Material changes will be communicated in a manner appropriate to the change.
